RCS- what a great company. It started with a free estimate & ended with a complete makeover: siding, roof & cutters. What impressed us the most was 2 things. 1. The communication was wonderful. We never had to call them. They stayed in contact with us on a regular basis with each project. 2. They dealt completely with our insurance company which was a huge blessing. I can’t say enough about this company. Ben Goebel was so pleasant, efficient & was always on top of everything at all times. We could not be happier.

Juan at RCS roofing and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our roof, garage roof, and downspouts which all suffered damages after a hail storm. He worked with us from start to finish throughout the entire project. He was communicative, professional, and a genuine pleasure to work with. The entire job was finished in one day. He went above and beyond to meet our needs, including scheduling when it worked for us. We had Ben and RCS come out and inspect our roof recently. His inspection revealed storm damage we were not aware of, from a weather event that occurred while we were out of town. He suggested we initiate an insurance claim, which I did. Ben offered to meet with the insurance adjuster when the time came, and did. He handled all the questions and provided all necessary paperwork. Our dealings with the insurance company were minimal, and the claim was approved. Quickly. On installation day, the crews arrived and the team worked around an unexpected problem with the roof sheathing, working all day and evening to finish the job before weather set in. The job was completed and cleaned up in one day. They even came back the next day to make certain nothing was missed. The roof looks great and is
