RCUSA - Roofing & Construction

The roof installation that RCUSA did for us was fantastic.We didn't have any issues with the new roof, and it looks amazing. The team cleaned up everything, leaving both the yard and roof spotless, which was really impressive. On top of that, Brenden even called me back after hours to answer my questions. That's pretty rare and definitely worth noting.

Jacob was very helpful with assisting us with our claim. We were initially denied and didn’t know what to do! We reached out to several companies, many of which did not want to take it on but RCUSA did. They had insurance come back out, and stayed on site with the adjuster. 3-days later, approval came in…We’re scheduled for install this June!

Daniel came highly recommended by a neighbor after they did his roof and now I see why. Roof approved and installed faster than expected. We only had to pay our deductible, so no additional fees that ‘came up’ throughout the process, which we were worried about.

During a storm, we had water leaking in and it was really stressful. We reached out to several companies but got no help. Then rcusa picked up and came out the same day. They put a tarp on for free and didn’t pressure us or try to sell us anything. It turned out we didn’t need to file a claim just yet. I really appreciate their honesty. We did decide to join the Over watch program, which is free!

Ulises was professional from the first knock on our door to the final cleanup. We typically don’t entertain strangers but he made us feel like we’ve known him our entire lives! Very friendly and informal. The crew finished in a single day and left everything spotless as well.
