Not running tranes here thank Goodman but the air was confirmed to not have moisture as suspected. Carrier Willis wasn't around but they sent out a ductless split unit today. My window still don't close right. Luckily I don't even live here. Motel staff looks confused. Handed office bill for payment and got out of there. Bill didn't even work there.
Ray is a top notch guy. Honest & hard working. He really went above and beyond for us this summer as we replaced our AC units and this week with a thermostat malfunction.
