Very disappointing experience. The equipment and specifications on the website clearly indicate certain capabilities. Upon calling we are discouraged from attempting those indications and told that it’s not really a very good idea… If this is the case then why promote those indications on your website? Despite the first negative experience we proceeded with an order, and were given a window for delivery of a finished product of 6-8 weeks. Two weeks after placing our order (and paying our deposit), we were called and asked if we would like to proceed with our order…??
