Couldn't be happier with the service from RDRC Mechanical. They have been servicing all our HVAC needs at our commercial property for 14 years - New installs, regular maintenance, and repairs. It was a challenge finding a company we were comfortable with before these guys. The techs are very knowledgeable and skilled. Prices are competitive. They have made their service available after hours and on weekends when needed. Most of all though, the owner Craig Donnelly is one of the most honest, accommodating, and pleasant people I have dealt with in any trade, in servicing our property.

Colby was amazing. How nice to finally find somebody be honest about what is really going on. He sent Chung to look at a problem I had been told a million different things about but they both almost knew before even seeing it. Saved me a ton of money and made a customer for life!

These guys are fantastic. Cody has come out to our house a few times now and I’ve been very impressed with his professionalism. He takes the time to diagnose the issue rather than just assuming I know what’s wrong, unlike many other companies I’ve used in the past. RDRC has sent out a couple other techs and each of them have demonstrated the same level of expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend!

This is a great company , repaired my Air Conditioner during a very hot time of the year. Great office staff and even better technicians. Thank you to Ryan for coming out in such a hurry and getting my home cool again! Technician worked his butt off in the heat and never complained and always had a smile. My family and I cannot thank RDRC services enough. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

We had to replace two air conditioners. They we extremely helpful through the process, offering multiple options and explaining the pros and cons of each. They were polite, courteous and willing to answer my questions.
