*BEWARE, DO NOT USE RDS HARDSCAPE SERVICES* I can finally legally post about my experience with Rafael and his shady business. We hired Rafael back in July of 2025. The job was to remove a flower bed, add turf & pour a concrete slab. My wife & I were going out of town for a month, Rafael agreed that it was ok to take half of the payment up front & the other half when we returned, this was also going to be the final walkthrough. Long story short, he didn't show up on the day we agreed. Didn't pour the concrete correctly. According to his contract he said he would install rebar, didn't do that. Didn't take out the existing wiring to flood lights, just poured concrete over it lol. Oh and the concrete, he said he would have a professional mixer & truck, nope, used quick concrete in the bags
