RDS Moving

This was our second move this year, 2025. We were given a quote to move out of a 2500 sq ft home. We ended up moving 1/2 of the items out ourselves prior to the move date. The end bill was another 1/2 higher than the original quote and we ended up helping the movers move items for the last 4 hours that they were there. The movers were tired and moving slow and we paid for it. We did try to have a conversation with the owner regarding our experience. It was disregarded and not responded to . Very disappointed. I move Furniture for a living myself as a Stager, I know what it takes in manpower and the time it takes to get Furnishings moved in and out of an area. I do not feel that we were unrealistic, but I do feel we were taking advantage of.

A household move is stressful, but from the moment we meet Sue, she put us at ease knowing every detail would be handled professionally. Indeed, Shane and his crew worked diligently throughout the move-out and move-in days, handled our belongings with care, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend RDS Moving for your household moving needs. Great people to work with!

These guys worked their butts off for us and it was an extremely long day moving from the cities up to Brainerd. They showed up on time, worked hard and not a single thing got broken and they were super helpful getting things into the right rooms. Customer service from them was definitely 10/10! My only complaint would be that when it was time to pay, our bill was almost $2000 more than the estimate and we were not prepared for that as we thought the estimate was the max it was going to cost. I'm not saying they didn't deserve every penny but it was quite a shock to get at the end of the night.That being said I would totally recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a wonderful job helping my grandparents move. They had been scammed by a fake moving company and were looking for a different moving company to help them on short notice. Sue with RDS Moving was so helpful with educating us on the red flags with the fake moving company and was able to help with their move even with the short notice. All the employees were very friendly and treated my grandparents and their belongings with care and respect. My grandparents were so happy with their experience and I am so thankful that such a trustworthy company was able to assist them.

RDS Moving was a 5 out of 5 moving company who we would refer to anyone who is looking to trust a moving company to move your possessions in a smooth safe professional setting. The movers were respectful and got the job done in a timely fashion. They had a 4 man crew that were attentive and well equipped for the move. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company to move your possessions in the near future, give them a call. Rates were the best in the area!!!
