Re-Bath

Our installer, Alonso remained professional throughout the entire installation process. His calls before arrival were much appreciated and he was always on time as promised. He was respectful and was eager to allow us to follow and ask any questions we had. He took extra time to clean and protect my floors before and after his days work. The finished project looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom!! Thank you Alonso and thank you RE-BATH.

Our installers were Alonzo and Henry out of Corpus Christi. They were prompt, courteous, energetic, and knowledgeable. They did a walk-in shower in our master bathroom. The whole process took 2 full days which included demolition, re-routing plumbing vent pipes, and installation. During the entire process they invited us in to look at their progress to make sure that everything they were doing was satisfactory. I would recommend Re-Bath to anyone considering remodeling or upgrading.

My experience with ReBath was a complete waste of time. My wife and I scheduled an in-home estimate through a representative at Lowe's. We spent about 20–25 minutes setting everything up and I even had to call their corporate office to confirm the appointment. It was scheduled two weeks out for a Saturday at 10 AM. The day before the appointment they were supposed to call and confirm. I work nights and specifically told them to call early because I would be going to bed. They never called. When I contacted them myself, they told me they didn’t even have my appointment in their system and they were booked all this weekend. Larry and his crew were very professional and respectful of our home. Draped our furniture and covered the floors. Shower installation was excellent! Very happy with how our shower turned out! Re-Bath definitely delivered an excellent product!

*Dante kept us apprised of progress periodically throughout remodeling process. He asked about positioning and measurement preferences, which made me feel more involved and in control of our space. *Although they didn’t have to, they painted an accent wall with some blue paint we already had, instead of the usual existing wall color. It turned out pretty cool and unique-looking (which I like). As paint lines were slightly messy and it was already the end of the last day, Dante and Edgar came back to clean them up. I was very pleased with the result. *As our shower area was the main focus of this project, I was most anxious to see the end result.
