Re-Bath

Second update: They called in October and couldn't find record of the payment they took from me back in July. I gave them some info and they did eventually locate it. But it was rather unprofessional to call and claim I hadn't paid rather than ask first. To their credit, they did look for it when I told them I had indeed paid. They had a sudden death of one of the staff during my project that understandably put things in disarray, but they couldn't have been all that organized before the unfortunate event for all this to have happened. Update 09/17/25: They came back last week and fixed things. They ended up removing the frame and door, leveling the shower pan, replacing the wall where the frame attaches on the left side and under the bench, then reinstalling the door and frame. Water no

When I was told about RE-BATH I had looked up some reviews. Just like any construction/Remodeling there were complications. But John the head installer handled these obstacles with ease. I was fortunate enough to have John Paul and Brett. All three of these gentlemen were amazing and professional. When my kids had questions they took the time to answer them. Same as us adults. They have made this a pleasant experience and I will definitely be recommending this company to others. Highly recommended these guys. 🤙

We had zero communication from this office and the corporate office in Nevada. Firstly on the installation date, no one showed up. Called both offices and no returned calls. Contacted Home Depot (HD), who we contacted Re-Bath throught. Talked with them told them what was happening. A few hours later from HD and was told I would be getting a call from Tanner from this office. Two hours went by and called HD again. A few minutes later HD called and told us we would be receiving a call with in an hour from Tanner. Just a little over two more hours Tanner called and told us they couldn't seem to secure a building permit from the town and he was wotking on it. I called the town and was told no contractors of any kind have called today. Asked how to obtain a permit. Relayed the steps to Tanner

We had two bathrooms done in October. I can’t give a 5 star review for a couple issues. There was absolutely no communication with our PM Casey Perigo and Customer rep Vanessa Buckley. I called several times and was completely ignored. I had to involve the GM Tanner McDonald who was helpful. Eric and his crew were great. Really watch things at time of design. My bathroom sinks do not line up with the mirrors.

If I could give negative stars I would. My remodel lasted from the end of June through the middle of August 2025. A two day install turned into a 6 week nightmare! I had to have them redo everything twice since it looked like crap. The tub deck wasn't even. The faucet was faulty and they kept trying to blame it on water pressure, my well pump, or how my home was plumbed! Their "master plumber" was an idiot or he thought I was (which I am not). Once I got a real plumber out to my home, we found out the tub feet weren't even touching the ground. So the tub would have cracked in a year or so around the tub surround the way they had it held in. We replaced their expensive faucet with one from Home Depot and it works just fine. Nothing wrong with my plumbing! My Master Plumber said they used dr
