Re-Bath

My husband and I decided to go with Re Bath after receiving several quotes for a bathroom remodel. First, Re Bath was the most expensive out of the quotes. Our initial consult with Matt lasted a long time. If I remember correctly, it was about 90min. By the end of that initial consult though, Matt had given us several options along with the estimates for each option. The 2nd consult was shorter I believe, but we signed the contract and called up the financing office to go ahead and finance the job. From there we had to wait 2 months for the job to start. From start to finish, the experience with Home Depot and Re-Bath was smooth, professional, and high quality. A huge shoutout to Greg, our installer, who truly made the experience exceptional. He was incredibly attentive to every detail, a great listener, and made sure that every request we had was heard and delivered on. His craftsmanship and commitment to getting everything just right were clear in every part of the project. A little late to post....We had our master bathroom remodeled by Re-bath Lake Villa almost a year ago. The whole process was easy and stress-free from the consultation to the install. They were very communicative during the ordering process and status of our project. Our Lead installer/project manager was Kyle and he was great! He was professional, communicative, personable and left our house clean and picked up when he left for the day! Jeff, Kamen, and Kayce also helped throughout the process and they were great as well. Our bathroom is beautiful and we feel like we are in a spa! Thank you Kyle and the re-bath!

We recently hired Re-Bath to remodel our upstairs hallway bathroom. The overall process was very simple. A designer consultant goes to your house, you simply pick all the materials of your choice from their extensive collections of vanities, tiles etc. and then they'll setup the date to begin the work once all the required parts are in. The installer Kyle Snyder took the lead from the get go and he made sure that it was done correctly and with great care. He also took his time cleaning up after each visit. It is beyond our expectations on how everything turned out. Thank you Kyle (good luck on your new job) and the crew!!

from the beginning to the end this was a wonderful experience. we are very pleased with our bathroom remodel. the spa tub has been helpful in helping my husband cope better with his back pain. it has given him a great deal of relief and relaxation to his muscles. our installer gregg was the best. he always kept us informed, cleaned up at the end of each day . I just cannot say enough about his work ethic. Peggy is fantastic. her communication with us was above and beyond. Would highly recommend rebath .
