Re-Bath

We met with sales rep. Anthony who told us we would “have our new shower installed in 2 to 3 days,” and with “no problems”. Unfortunately, every step of my shower remodel was anything but smooth. After getting Anthony’s estimate and paying the $12,000 deposit, we received zero communication from the office for 6 months. Then when I called them, they told me that the remodel would begin in the next couple of weeks. During the install, the workers showed up every day after 10 AM, and then went to lunch at 12PM. Then left every day before 3 PM. That’s barely 4 hours of work per day. Maybe If the guys had been here from 8 to 4 pm each day it would have taken half the time to complete it. Because of this I had to use up over a month of personal leave from my work to be present with the workers

The Senior Design Consultant that assisted me with my bathrooms remodeling was very professional, patient and thorough. His knowledge of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend was impeccable, and I stayed within my budget. Anthony made my bathroom project easy to envision the outcome, by assisting me with choosing complimentary tiles and fixtures that align with my existing floor tiles and cabinets.
