Re-Bath

Great experience from beginning to end. Jennifer G was our consultant and from the beginning asked our expectations of price etc. which matched the product that was presented. We also threw her a curveball by asking to have the guest bathroom partially changed when she only had the original work order for the primary bath. Both were completed within a couple of hours and we were advised that product will take some time to come in and then it would be scheduled and yes they were busy up to January (this was October when we placed final orders). The installer, Rich, came on time every day and worked the hours he stated, Everytime the work area was cleaned up, arranged for next day and vacuumed. Jenn did an excellent job. She answered all our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Rebath. Edit: I was asked to write a review by the Rebath sales rep after the sales pitch and BEFORE the installation and I was happy to oblige. The sales rep was personable and (I thought knowledgeable) regarding the choices, colors and patterns available to us. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations. A picture is worth 1000 words and when we decided on which style to choose we went with an off white theme with gray marbling. The physical sample we were shown was very small about 6” x 9” and was off white. However, the color we ended up with is VERY different than what we were shown. Generally happy with the experience of having my 1990s shower insert replaced. My new soaking tub and ceiling height shower surround look great. That being said, I am subtracting 2 stars for a few reasons. Firstly, I was given one price for the entire project, and when I tried to schedule they had me complete two in-home consultations to pick finishes. By the time we were able to schedule the second, the price had increase by almost $1500. Secondly, between signing and paying my deposit, it took about 4 months to get my project completed. Almost no communication during that time, so I had to take it upon myself to check in. Lastly, the installation caused a large amount of dust in my bathroom and bedroom. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable about her company, their services, capabilities and products. I was able to make clear decisions about what I wanted and needed, and we were able to put it all together for the project!

After having the bathtub for over 10 yrs now, I would have done more research on this company. The tub leaks, they’ve been out several times to fix the faucet and shower head. The replacement shower head is not Re-Bath. It’s a shower head they got from the store. The water pressure is horrible and still doesn’t work correctly. The air jet isn’t working anymore. They told us that it’s probably clogged from hair, and didn’t do anything to help us with that. Jackie needs to be investigated as well. Very Unprofessional to say the least.
