R.E. Michel Company

Nordyne and R.E. Michel gave me the runaround for over a week when trying to file a warranty claim on a 3 year old condenser that blew up. They sell an inferior product and techs know this. So if you hire a tech willing to install products by them, I would strongly recommend you reconsider and at the very least get a second opinion.

I used to frequent the Getwell store. Although limited in product there pricing was mostly fair. My issue lay with the staff. They give partial info about parts, and unknowledgeable. I reached my point with there arrogant behavior and condescending comments. I won’t be shopping there any further….
