In the past when I needed donations for my program. they helped as out and Mr Paul still does. he’s father never hesitated to give as all we needed. may god bless him. ps I might go ask for some more help soon I haven’t been in for some time now thank you very much

First n foremost customer service was great. I believe his name was Dave, told me to go in with the part because he couldn't find the part in the system n the guys there would help. I go in n show the part. The guy at the counter looks at it then leaves n come back with same exact part. I needed the transformer for my Beckett oil burner. Second time I go there and they have the parts I needed. Thank you guys for providing the necessary parts to keep us warm during the winter season.

The initial selection process for our bathroom remodel was fine but the fixtures trickled in at random times. One part must have been returned and resold to us because the finish was peeling. It had clearly been opened and repackaged. We were told our vanity top was in but when we went to pick it up it was not found. As a single customer, I wouldn’t recommend them. Maybe they are more efficient with contractors.

I was in search of a hard to find part to fix our toilet. I spoke with Rob on the phone and he was very professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service. They had the part we needed and we will definitely purchase from this company again for our household/plumbing needs. Thank you Rob!

Always a pleasure walking into the foundry. Most of the time they have what I'm looking for. As an HVAC technician and boiler installer they have yet to let me down when I need parts or materials. They have multiple locations so many times if they don't have something in Reading materials can be transferred from Pottstown or Pottsville. Not gonna drop names, but the counter guys, plumbing guy and heating guy are awesome. I've been dealing with the foundry for 6 yrs now as I'm fairly new to the Reading area, and I choose Reading Foundry for everything I need as far as Plumbing and Hydronic supplies.
