I really hate to leave this type of review. I never do. But I am so disappointed. This company used to be family owned and I was told it was wonderful. It then got bought out by a plumbing company and obviously went downhill. I needed a new AC unit and they talked me into a complete HVAC replacement. Which was fine because my furnace was getting pretty old. However, they installed a lemon furnace. For five months, it never worked. From the very beginning. I had 17 service calls and they would just come out and replace a tiny part, or claim they fixed it. And it would run all day and all night with straight cold air. Some days were below zero degrees. I took so many days off work so they could come and try to fix it. I had to ask many times to just have it replaced. They finally agreed to

Jason Hines showed up right on time. Gave me an estimate right away, and got right to work. he removed my old motion -sense kitchen faucet and installed the new one, I had purchased online from Moen. It was a difficult job because I have a deep farm sink that takes up a lot of space in the cabinet under the sink. he never complained once. He then replaced my master bath shower head with a new one, I had also purchased from moen on line. He then replaced my guest bathroom shower head with the old shower head he removed from the master bath. Jason was professional, pleasant, and very competent. I will call Ken Herbert Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.

I’ve done business with RH&H for years and this was my first experience with Ray Owens. Ray is the most efficient, effective and personable of all Techs I’ve seen from your organization. Would love to have Ray back for any future issues.

Chris was an experienced tech that answered all my questions, ran a multitude of tests on my furnace and got it up and running. (I had another company come previously that said I just needed a new furnace.)

They came quickly and diagnosed the problem. It was fixed and up and running in no time. Appreciated the recommendation for yearly sign up for maintenance
