Ready haul Trucking & Demo

Would not recommend. Have friend that had house demolished. After job was done the city fined the owner over $2000 cause proper permits were not obtained. Roddale kept saying he was taking care of it and in October said it was a miscommunication from the city. Then in January he said he was on top of it that he received a letter from the city too about the fines. After the city had a hearing and assessed the fines he said he didn't realize the city had another permit that was needed and says he may be able to get it reversed. Do your job right the first time and you wouldn't have to back track. Your business is within city limits and would think you would know the required procedures and paperwork to be a contractor. Recently used this company on short notice had line up a job for demolition of a home with another company that had very bad communication skills.
