Ready Mix Concrete

I recently hired a Ready Mixed Concrete company to pour a slab in my backyard. After spending over a week getting everything prepped and ready, I was excited for the concrete to be delivered. The truck arrived on time, but the driver told me I needed to sign a form that stated I would be responsible for any damage to my property or my neighbors' property, including driveways and sidewalks. This was never mentioned in any of my phone conversations with the company during the past week. As a first-time customer, I had no idea this was even a concern, and I believe it should’ve been communicated upfront.
