Pretty disappointed with the service overall. They were very quick to provide an estimate and even coached me on what to tell my insurance, but it quickly felt like they were pushing for a full roof replacement when I only needed a simple repair. They told to say it was wind and hail even though there wasn't any hail... After I chose to move forward with just the repair, communication dropped off and I kept getting pushed to the back burner when it came to scheduling. Nearly a month later, I was told they would come out — and then they showed up a week earlier than I had actually requested.
