Aka Arbor Carpet.. I hadn't been here in a while to deliver and I had a hard time finding it as the address will take you to Geneva Street and it's not there.. from I-70 W exit 280 Havana and turn right go to 47th and turn left.. go past Geneva across the RR tracks and flip a U-turn.. go back across the RR tracks and it's the first entrance on the right.. I was unloaded in about an hour and a half.. I arrived about 12:30p

Criminally dishonest company. They convinced my apartment management that my carpet needed replacement after only two years of use, even though I never wore shoes indoors and the carpet was spotless. Now management is trying to take my security deposit. If you hire this company, be prepared for baseless claims and inflated charges.

Very confusing place to deliver. I got backed into a dock but then they had me move because of the type of product I had was a commercial product and needed to go to the other end of the warehouse. The parking lot is a real poop show. You'll be dodging piles of carpet. Installer trucks that have no care where they park and dumpsters galore. After they moved me I actually had to clean out the dock area so that I can back in as it was full of old carpet and padding that was rolled up that didn't get put in a dumpster. That being said once they got me in the right place I got unloaded quickly. That's a whole process was very confusing.

This company is contracted thrift my apartment complex. Usually you just have to take what they send.... but this company, and specifically Oscar, bright quality flooring and installed it so beautifully! They are definitely a quality company!
