Terrible service. I've gone to get a key programmed during business hours 3 times, every single time he's not there, plus, he misses half the calls you give him. It's like a game of hide and seek! Not only that but prices in ABQ are much better ($75 per key here, $45 per key in ABQ). I would've been happy to give this place service, but nobody's ever there! I'd recommend to the owner having someone always at the shop during prescribed hours. It's very confusing and frustrating when a business is not open when its supposed to be open - go somewhere else and save yourself the time and money.

Real Locksmithing is always there for us with great service, value and friendship. I went to have a key made and Frank reminded me that he had already made one and asked if I needed another one! I had forgotten, but he remember doing it, not me. On some vehicles I thought it needed a lock cylinder and he said, it just needed a new key.

Frank's a great guy and offers great services. We've never been disappointed calling on him. Top notch services and parts, highly recommend these folks.
