Mike and Gina helped me create a kitchen that surpassed my expectations. Everyone who sees the kitchen comments on how stunning it is. The original kitchen was dark, dated and not functional with limited storage and counter space. Gina developed a floor plan that increased the counter and storage space while improving the flow of the kitchen. I now have a dedicated workspace; something I didn't think was possible. The custom cabinets are amazing as well as the lighting. Mike and Gina have been honest and the project was completed within the time frame. Their showroom is a one stop shopping experience with quality, name brand products.

Had total master bath remodeled by taking out whirlpool tub and replaced with large shower. Removed existing shower and replaced with closet. Got new counters, plumbing, tile walls and floors. Everything went as scheduled for 3 months. It was well coordinated. They were very responsive to texts, emails and calls. Subs and companies used for glass, tile, counters, cabinets, drywall, painting, plumbing, electric, carpentry, insulation and demo were all great. Also had partial remodel in second bathroom under same schedule. A couple of minor issues but they were quickly resolved (cracked light fixtures, sink stoppers not working). Had good experience with Mike and Gina.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike and Gina and the way they operate Reality Construction. The project was completed on time and well within budget with no significant financial surprises. Our project was unique- converting a previously inaccessible attic space into a livable part of our home. Mike was very transparent from our first on site meeting and conceded that he had never completed such a project but was willing to take it on regardless. Despite some unknowns for all involved, the project went remarkably smoothly and we could not be happier with the outcome. We have no regrets in picking Reality Construction. Mike and Gina were great to work with. They are professional and took the time to understand what we were looking to do. They made our remodeling experience enjoyable and completed the project on time - 2 1/2 months. They guided us through design, construction, and final review, simplifying the entire process. If we had any questions, they responded quickly and addressed them promptly even after the project was completed.

We recently had our kitchen remodel with Reality Construction, and we couldn't be more pleased. Mike and Gina made everything easy to understand and we're so helpful. From the design, contract and finish selections to specifics on contractors and time frame, there weren't any hidden costs or surprises. If something unforseen did happen (like asbestos or wacky existing duct work) we were given a clear explanation regarding what needed to be done along with any additional costs up front, and it was handled efficiently and professionally. The entire project took about three months and we now have a beautiful new space. I love my kitchen and recommend Reality Construction.
