Reardon's Flooring

Three years ago, I hired Reardon’s Flooring for flooring installation in both the home I was selling and the home I was purchasing. This was a significant combined investment. Clayton was our primary contact. Luxury vinyl plank was installed throughout the main traffic areas of our new home, including the kitchen. Within months, the kitchen floor began to buckle. I requested a small repair. Instead of being addressed promptly, the issue has expanded over time and now appears to require full replacement of the room. I have nearly three years of documented communication with Clayton regarding this problem. The pattern has been the same: assurances, delays, and no resolution. The flooring remains unrepaired. Reardon’s did the work out flooring in our basement in a room that will be used for our autistic son’s sensory room. It wasn’t easy by any means and they worked HARD to get it done for us to be able to have this room ready for Christmas morning! We are BEYOND pleased with it!

We recently had new flooring put in our downstairs, and I'm blown away by how well the entire process went. Clayton did an outstanding job showing us examples of flooring and always had our best interest at hand. He wanted to give us the best bang for our buck, and most companies don't do that. They just want to high dollar you. I did some research prior and had some minimum specs I thought we needed, and in the end Clayton's recommendation exceeded those specs at a great price. What an EXCELLENT team of men and women over at this location! Clayton and Jake were awesome with helping my wife and I picking samples for our MASSIVE project! As soon as Jamie arrived to measure our home, he was super respectful and we all clicked off the jump! Super nice guy, whom took through measurements of our home to produce exactly what we needed! 2,700 sqft of tile removal we thought would be a nightmare!!! Jamie, Clayton and Jake all assured us that their installers would go above and beyond to ensure that no dust nor debris would be scattered throughout our home.
