Mike has been our go-to person for years. he can do nearly anything, but is clear about what he can't or won't do. he fits our needs and our budget, and he's very pleasant. we agree quite well on how good the repair has to be, and I wind up making a list for quite a while of the problems that our 110 year old house accumulates, and Mike fixes them.
