Rebel High Velocity Sewer Service

Rebel Sent out Donovan to come and repair my drain to no avail. He was only there a total of 25 minutes. Later on in the day, two more men were sent out to check my drain, they stayed only 20 min. and concluded that my problem could not be fixed by them. I was told by one of the men who came down that I would not be charged for the visits since nothing was fixed and neither visits exceeded an hr. A few days later, my account was charged and a check was cashed in the amount of $162 (their hourly fee plus taxes). Upon calling to get a clearer understanding as to why I was still charged for a service that was not completed, I was told by the receptionist/office manager that I was still going to be charged for the first initial visit even though neither of the THREE men that were sent dow

Used a water hose to clear out the line instead of a rueter line. Water poured all inside my house. They did clear the clog didnt clean up the mess or put anything back like panels on house foundation. 200 bucks for nothing.

Answered the phone, sent someone out promptly, called before they arrived, solved our problem right away, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

Pricy but they always get our drains cleared
