We've always had a good experience with Rebel, but this time was exceptional. Needed tankless water heater repair this time. The guy they sent to work with us was named Harry and he explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and how long it would take. He showed up at 6:15am to make sure the work was done before our business opened and we needed hot water. Don't know if you can request who they send out next time we may need them, but if we can we'll always ask for him.

Harry showed up on time....was very nice, personable and professional. Went over everything with me and fully explained what they were going to do and made sure I knew what would be done and what to expect. Decided to use the company and fully expect a great experience and good results!!

He provided an assessment and provided me with recommendations and other options if I preferred. Up front estimate. He was honest and trustworthy and did not try to upsale me with unnecessary work.
