Highly recommend! Amy is AMAZING! She made it so easy to replace my washer and dryer. Removal of old and install of new was wonderful. Ontario & Tray were very courteous. They treated my home and the new appliances with great respect.

Bought a Frigidaire Professional from them in May. In July freezer and ice maker quit working and alarm beeps constantly telling us the freezer temp is too high. Frigidaire has been out 3 times and still no fix. Two months of no freezer and constant beeping in my kitchen. I need this replaced TODAY!! Enough is enough, hard to cook for my family with no freezer for months. Updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars since my replacement fridge is supposed to be delivered this Friday!

I recently had a Bosch dishwasher installed, my salesman was Chris, and while the installation turned out to be much more complicated than expected (Bosch models are a bit taller than standard, which created some fit issues), the technician Logan handled every challenge a lot of patience and professionalism. Chris was very fast at returning my calls and arranging things for me, and Logan when he came out was able to work through each issue as it came up and was incredibly thorough in making sure everything was functioning correctly before he left. His knowledge, attention to detail, and calm approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel really manageable. This could have been a mess, and I feel like anyone else wouldn't have been able or willing to handle it, but I am ve
