Reckner Certified Home Inspections

I would give these guys 10 stars! Contacted Reckner to inspect a home I'm purchasing. They can do it all and they spent 3 hours with the realtor and me. House, well, and septic they explained things thoroughly and answered ALL our questions. They were so cool and personable I actually enjoyed the 3 hours, lol. The knowledge between the 3 of them was amazing, detail oriented and educating. Combining the three inspections also saved me money and time. Thank you Steve, Dan and Nick!!

Reckner Certified Home inspection was amazing! Steven Reckner brought two other members of his team to complete the inspection quickly and efficiently. After each section of the house was inspected we received an overview and walk through of the items to address and any questions were answered. I would highly recommend their services!

Bill was prompt very mindful of the house In regards to keeping it clean, made sure his shoes were off every time he entered, but more importantly, he was very thorough and explained things in a very easy to understand breakdown. He presented me with a very detailed binder with all kinds of details on issues that I may need in the future I will definitely use his services when needed and also recommend him to Friends and family.

This guys a joke. If you want an accurate Professional opinion about the condition of a home steer clear. Rather if you hire this guy you will receive a subjective summary of many items in the home stating “recommend hiring a professional”. Many of which will be inaccurate. This company has the goal to limit their legal liability. Must have been sued in the past. They will note items just to limit their liability. This guy thinks he is a new home inspector when looking at a 100 year old home and will go as far to make an opinion as to the architectural design of a item built a century ago, while he will make a judgement, he will also recommend that you should hire an actual professional. As a realtor and a multiple-family real estate investor, I have never had such an amazing experience as with Reckner Inspections. The most thorough and qualified inspectors. Excellent communication and reporting, as well professionalism. Would use them and recommend to anyone, over and over.
