Their service was phenomenal! We had someone come out for sightings of mice. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped lay additional traps while also looking at the property. Super impressed with the customer service received on the phone with Jake. He was able to explain different plans and pricing over the phone without any pressure. He scheduled our first visit and the process was easy. Today we had our first treatment and Joe was very nice and helpful to explain the products used and process to eliminate our issues. This was our first visit so hoping we will see quick results but we are very hopeful after talking to Joe today.

We recently moved into a home and were looking for a different pest company to routinely service us as the one the previous owners used was overpriced. We've been with Recon about a year. They are a knowledgeable, reasonably-priced company that always checks before an appointment if there are any specific issues we want them to address on top of the routine prevention work.
