Red Beam Garage C (Propark)

I had a great experience with Red Beam Garage. They actually gave me a courtesy call after noticing I had accidentally made two separate reservations. They took the time to reach out and let me know they would be refunding one of the payments — that level of attention to detail really stood out to me. Access in and out of the garage was very easy and completely hassle-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Shout out to Chris for the courtesy call and for paying attention to the small details. Excellent customer service all around!

Clear instructions on how to find the parking area. The only issue I ran into was finding the correct area to enter the airport to check in and go through security. It was the middle of the night, so there were not many people around, and there was little signage except the walkway to get to the terminal. I wish there was a sign for entering the airport, but otherwise, the parking itself was very simple and easy to access.

Very disappointed today after arriving at the airport collecting my luggage, my wife and I headed to garage C, which we use all the time. Once getting outside of garage A & B garage C side walks weren’t even shoveled plowed salted sanded or anything. We had to trek through 12 inches of snow with our luggage to get to our vehicle. Try pulling luggage through snow. Once we exited the garage the exit ramp onto the airport connector road, was not even plowed. I have an SUV with four-wheel-drive so it was not an issue for me. Other patrons who do not have such luxury might have some issues. For what we pay to stay at your garage I expect better service during inclement weather days. This is a very poor customer relations. This looks like you don’t care about our safety just the dollar.

Great service! I had prepaid my parking and shouldn't have taken a ticket when I entered the garage, but a Red Beam employee fixed it! He called me on my cell phone to ask for the ticket number and attached my paid reservation to it. I didn't have any problems when I left the parking garage a few days later. Excellent customer service!

Booking a reservation is always simple and quick. I ended having to extend my trip and when I returned it was very simple and efficient to pay for the additional time and exit the garage quickly. A very seamless process.
