Eric came out, looked at my roof, addressed all my questions in a professional and friendly manner and took measurements. The installation was done within a month and was perfect. Eric listened to our request of where to place the downspouts and he also thought to place them on the back wall of our house, completely out of eyesight from the front of the house.
