Red Dog roofing was referred to us by one of our customers and the project went great! The front facade of Sunset Collision of Bradenton was water logged and rotted from years of clogged drains. The end result came out better than the rendering and the crew worked cleanly and professionally while we were open for business. Had my asphalt shingle roofing replaced by Red Dog's (Florida) 13 months ago with Owens Corning shingles. To begin with the shingles were unloaded and sat on the roof for three weeks before the work was begun. That was 3000 sq. ft. of shingles in a small area of the roof. The shingles weighed approximately 8,000 pounds give or take. We were lucky the roof did not cave in. Then against my better judgement we elected to have the fascia wrapped with aluminum thinking it would save me time and materials in the future. White metal was shipped and stored on my property but when the fascia was attached it was tan in color. I didn't realize it until it was installed. We visited with, and got estimates from, five, 5-star rated roofing companies and chose Red Dog Roofing. We received professionalism, dependability, respect, consistency, and a beautifully finished, stainless steel roof. Jason, our sales rep, and Sean, our project manager, were just outstanding communicators, very customer focused and just delightful gentlemen to deal with. The crew that performed the job on the roof were just amazing...so professional, very respectful of our property and kept things clean always. Pricing was very competitive... the finished job was just OUTSTANDING. We even had one very small call back... a gentleman came to us within a couple of days, discussed our concern (ended up to be a "nothing burger") , and we were well satisfied AGAIN! Excellent crew and rep but the (accounting) department itself has many pending payments to metal maniacs who have issued notice to home owners regarding nonpayment and claim of lien. Unfortunately inspite of us paying Red Dog on time and in full, they have delayed the subcontractor payment and not paid many weeks of multiple calls and texts to remind them. We got the work done last year and got the notice Jan 20th. They still haven’t paid as of today and are making payments for homes done before us. Beware of this situation and know that subcontractors have no empathy for you that you have nothing to do with the payment and Red Dog is the only one who can solve this issue but they’re behind on payments. This is the second time for me dealing with a lien from subcontractors, it’s an unfair

I highly recommend Red Dog Roofing company. From the estimate to finish… They communicated with me every step of the way they assigned their “” Amish crew” Phil And his crew worked nonstop and cleaned up Behind themselves every day! I am very grateful and appreciative that I was able to get my Roof replaced by such a good company!
