Red Oak at 875 Elm Parking Garage

I had forgotten about this parking 🅿️ garage until I recently parked in Boston. This parking garage was so much easier to park my vehicle! There is more space! I remember that the price was reasonable and the attendant was friendly and helpful. Elevator 🛗 available. Located near the Palace Theater, which is very convenient! I'm giving a five ⭐ review because I had such a pleasant experience compared to my recent parking experience at the wharf in Boston!

Elevator doesn't work(no sign) which really sucks as I'm disabled, the minimal handicap spots were all taken so I had to park on the 2nd level from the top because the first 3 levels are for reserved. Can't get to elm street without having to go out through the car entrance because the other side is a locked gate(no sign). I was at my appointment for 35 minutes or so, that costed me 8 dollars plus they don't accept American express and AGAIN, no signs anywhere covering that. A very inconvenient place, I've seen more well managed drug dens. 0/10 will never park here again.

There needs to be more handicap parking spaces for the general public. There seems to be enough for Citizens Bank customers. They need to either add more Handicap Spots or remove the signs that State "Citizens Bank only per NH 635:2 Municipal Code" so that anyone, that is handicaped, can park there. My wife is handicaped and we didn't feel comfortable parking there for fear that we would get towed and have to pay a fine(s). Also, the elevator is out of order and there is no sign stating that it is out of order. It has been out of order for several months. PLEASE get it fixed.

Incredibly narrow and poorly laid out. Every turn is as tight as it could possibly be. You run the risk of wheel damage if you drive anything wider than a mini cooper

This has to be the most run down over priced scariest parking garage I've been to. They charge $22 a day and when you go to get on the elevator for 10 days I used this parking garage. There were homeless people either sleeping in it shooting drugs. Or using it as a bathroom. Take the stairs in the am. But to top that I went to take the elevator in the evening after work. As it's usually cleaned daily it broke with me in it. The phone has been stolen door is tape shut with duck tape. And the alarm is a door bell. That won't be answered as no one ever is working this parking garage. I had to call the fire department to free me and my co worker. Was trapped for a little over a hour. All this in 2 weeks working in Manchester. And to pay $22 a day to park is mind blowing.
