This company was extremely unprofessional! They definitely have lost my business. I waited all afternoon for a scheduled pickup of my rug to be cleaned, which I had even called and received a confirmation on that same day. They were a no-show!! Not only did they miss the window of time they gave me, but by late afternoon after I contacted them, I was told they'd reach out to a technician and get back to me. Absolutely no follow-up. My time is important to me. This is not only inconsiderate, but no way to do business and build trust!

Red Oriental Rug Experts did an excellent job of cleaning our very precious area rug. The rug is 10 years old and it has stains and also odor. After the cleaned it’s like brand new. So happy with their services!

I called and texted Red Oriental Rug Experts and Joanna their staff got right back to me. John was one of the technician and took my rug after a few days he delivered it to a very good condition. My rug now looks like brand new and the color was revived. I am truly grateful for them!
