Red Parking Deck

I just find it ridiculous that you have to pay for parking. Many families are upset and struggling to take care of there loved ones and all this place can think of is how to take more money from you. Unfortunately I will be back daily because of a loved one in the ICU. I hope this money is appreciated by people who probably don't need it. Why not consider donating to a worthy cause such children, elderly, vets etc versus just making your wallet fatter!!!

Was parked in red deck for less then an hour and when I left it charged me $5. It should’ve been free don’t know how to get a refund or even if I can. If anyone can tell me who to call greatly appreciated.

Seems to be our main parking area when visiting for surgery easy to find and safe

HORRIBLE!!!! THERE IS NO HUMAN ATTENDANT AVAILABLE! SOME LADY WITH A BABY WAS LOST AND KEPT FOLLOWING ME. I TRIED TO HELP HER AND SO THAT PUT ME IN THE GARAGE FOR JUST OVER AN HOUR AND I HAD TO PAY 3 FRIGGIN' DOLLARS TO GET OUT!
