I saw a commercial on a local channel and thought wow that company looks so professional I had to call. I know they have a bunch of trucks because I see them around town but sure enough the guy from the commercial showed up! His name is Ben and he has to be the most knowledgable guy in the industry. Every single question I asked was answered without hesitation. He walked me through the entire process and provided me with documentation explaining everything. He left me with his card and I used it and called him multiple times with claim questions and all sorts of stuff. He was professional, respectful, and patient with me asking questions i'm sure he already explained a few times! LOL My roof is now done and my house looks better than I ever thought it could! Steve Garza has fixed our roofs for years and glad he is with Red Rhino. He’s caring, professional and goes the extra mile. I wouldn’t trust my roof to anybody else! The absolute best. Ricky is a true gem. Extremely caring and patient. Our home projects and decisions have been challenging and lots to learn and consider and Ricky has gone way out of his way every time. Words can't thank him or Red Rhino enough. I don't know if they or he will truly understand how much we appreciate them. I know our situations were taxing, but he was there every step of the way in trying to get our home overhaul done as best as possible. This Company saved me from the mistreatment of another company. Had Home one roofing originally. Kept me waiting a year and then they canceled my contract last month. Rider came in and save the day. They immediately start work within a week. I had my siding up. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned up beautifully and they were so respectful of my property.
