I had Red River Electrical come to check out electrical situation. Turned out to be a switched plug (just switched for one of the outlets) and they diagnosed quickly. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Appreciated the quick response. But not the bill for $165. For plugging in an outlet checker. I was disappointed. Certainly understand some charge, but $165? We’ll need other electrical work done and won’t be calling them. Saddened by the lack of customer service/appreciation.

Clean, fast and professional. We’ll be using red river electric again if we need electrical work done!

Needed 3 pendants and a switch disconnect and reconnect to another light. Left without putting in bulbs and didn't check their work. Two lights didn't work, other light not wired to switch correctly and switches also backwards. Took 3+ visits to get it right. I see they have some good reviews too but buyer beware and check all work before they leave.

Please do not hire this company the lady at the front who claims she’s the manager is by the rudest person to speak with hung up on me because I told her 150 the minimum to change a light fixture was too expensive. I called back to speak to the actual manager and was never transferred to one she gave me one threat just happened to be sitting by her on a blizzard day. Said to say that a company like red river only wants your money they could care less about treating people with respect or having nice attitudes.

Red River is honest, budget-friendly and professional. When I called them crying because the electric line to our well pump broke (5 kids including a newborn... need I say more??) they sent a 2-man team that day to get it fixed. Not only did they do a thorough and professional repair job, but I couldn't believe how low the bill was for the job they did! They are WONDERFUL!!!
