I am SO happy with Red Rock Flooring for our engineered hardwood prep, installation and finishing. Wanda orchestrated an excellent team. She was so responsive and helpful and wanted to make sure every little thing was done to our satisfaction. They bent over backwards to accommodate a time crunch we had. Jordan was helpful: he measured and taught us about the process. Devin the installer was fantastic, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. Both Devin and Wanda worked to accommodate an issue I had with one plank placement which was above and beyond!! Thank you thank you Red Rock Flooring. I would never hesitate in the least to use you again.

I recently worked with Red Rock flooring due to flooding I had in my home. I had a really good experience with this company. Wanda was excellent to work with she's so knowledgeable with the flooring and the guys who laid down the floor did a great job also. They were always on time and completed the flooring pretty quickly. I would highly recommend Red Rock flooring I know I will definitely use them again.

I feel this hole in the wall should have been addressed, not left for me to find. I asked if I should cover the lighting fixture over the dining set, I had already covered several items and was told no problem, they would cover everything. Didn’t happen. The tile pieces are all over every inch of my counters. They are in every drawer. Messing up my rollers on the bottom drawers. I’ve been cleaning for days. Just can’t give them a very good review. Jensen from Red Rock Flooring came to the house and addressed all the issues. Apparently the workers did report the hole in the wall and plans were made to take care of it. Wes that came to fix it did an excellent job. And they covered the cost of the cleaning, so they made things right.
