Red Stick Roofing did a great job on my roof. They were very efficient, and completed the job in less than eight hours, including cleaning up, which I really appreciated. I don't have anything negative to say about Red Stick's workmanship. By: Luke Campbell, homeowner.

I was not a direct customer, but Red Stick Roofing of Louisiana in Oscar, Louisiana completed a roof tie-in affecting my property and the surrounding neighborhood. Mr. Jared Bitzer did not follow proper protocol for this type of work. Required permits were not obtained, despite changes in the law in August 2025 and January 2026 related to roof tie-ins, and no approval was secured from the HOA. While the initial tie-in was completed on January 29, 2026, Mr. Bitzer sent text messages agreeing to come back the following week to finish the work, but he has not returned and the job is still incomplete. I have not received a consent form for this project, which is important to ensure accountability if any issues arise in the future. There are still finishing touches that need to be completed.

First surprise, was that the President of Red Stick was the person who showed up to offer a quote & explain our material options. Red Stick quoted & won the roof replacement job. He said the material would be delivered the next day & the roof install, starting the next day after. His crew was on site bright & early as scheduled & in fact completely installed our new roof in one day. His crew took all the precautions to limit old roof material removable & nails, etc not entering the yard, by laying tarp material completely around our home. The crew then followed up their clean up, after with magnets to make sure any possible other metal was removed. Would highly recommend Red Stick Roofing.

I’m often away from home due to work for weeks at a time, so finding a company I could trust to handle my roof replacement while I was gone was extremely important. From start to finish, they made the entire process simple, honest, and stress-free. Within a week of meeting Mr. Greg English, my home had a brand new roof. Mr. Greg went above and beyond — he communicated clearly every step of the way, coordinated directly (and respectfully) with my insurance company, and even worked through the weekend (Saturday &Sunday) to make sure the job was completed quickly and professionally.
