The project was difficult because the home is an older house. Things that went well: Prompt response to pictures, offered immediate quote Worked with the difficulties and in the cold The entrance door is tight and framed well On request, not part of the original project, added framing to the back door Although I was angry and said nasty things, he remained nice, in tone. Offered to complete another project for free for our inconvenience - nice touch. What didn't go well: Rehanging the screen door. It looks a mess but it closes. Didn't return the following day to complete the project as told. Alot of calling and texting to discuss feasible date and time to get complete the project. Project is complete.
