Red White & Blue Contracting

Robert told me he would be here between 9 and 11 today. He didn't show up so I called him 1130 he said he was running late he would be here 130 so 230 called him again said he would be at least another hour and guess what he never showed up. Got up early and waited all day for nothing. Was supposed to look at my roof that he put down a few years ago and my roof is leaking. I guess he doesn't care about his customers once they pay. Really upset.

This is a delayed review. Had Red White and Blue install a new roof and new gutters on my town home over a year ago. Workers were fine. I was happy with the overall job however customer service needs to be improved greatly. After noticing some unfinished work that Roberts crew failed to complete (nothing major) on the initial job I called and text Robert multiple times. Texts went unanswered. One phone call he did answer and said he’d call me back.....that was 3 weeks ago ???? Come on man. Robert when you needed payment ( which was over $5,000) for the job I was nice enough to pay in full before it was even complete. Very poor customer service my friend.

This is a very very delayed review. I’m in need of some other non roof work and am planning to call Rob again for an estimate and wanted to see his reviews since this platform wasn’t really around when I first used him. Probably about 10 years ago I had a roof leak around a skylight. Called a company and they never showed up. Called Robert from an ad I saw on the back of those free newspapers they leave on your porch. Rob came and did the job but next rain still had some water. Called him back and he gave it a second shot. Next rain still had some remaining leak. Called him back and he gave it a third shot. This time they got it. Redid our roof a couple years back, did a great job and stuck to the estimate we were given. Did everything in 1 day, including replacing some of the wooden beams we didn't know had rotten. Cleaned up after themselves inside. Brought a dumpster which was removed early the next morning. Would definitely use them again and I have recommended them to others.

I called and setup a appointment to get my roof looked at. The day of the appointment the time went and passed, I called up after they were supposed to show the man that answered the phone said he would look into it and call me back in 5 MINUTES. and I never heard back from anyone again. If they don't want to come or made a mistake just admit it, don't leave people hanging. Word of mouth can make or break a small company.
