Our heat stopped working all of the sudden the night before we left for vacation. We called RedBlue not realizing they were a commercial company. Despite this, the person on call (Kenny) was amazing, helping us troubleshoot for solutions and was great at walking us through the processes step by step. We learned a lot and are so appreciative for Kenny’s kindness! Thank you Kenny!

Never had work done by them, but they can't drive to save their life. This gentleman on 68 just blew past me like his van response by nascar. And then he cut me off at the red light. And then he proceeded to say unkind things about my mom. Pretty embarrassing for a company, if you ask me. If that's how your employees act, I wouldn't recommend you to a corpse. I wish I could include the dash cam footage. I have it for you if you guys ever want to exercise some accountability.

This company was amazing. Graham came over to give us a quote on a wall furnace and a heat pump. He helped us through the complete process answered all our concerns and was very kind and patient through the whole process. The team came and installed our heat pump, they did a bang up job. They were quick and efficient and when they left they cleaned up and left the place like they were never there. If you are looking for a good solid reliable company to work with, this is a great company with awesome customer service
