Had a great experience with this company! The inspection was thorough, yet efficient. After the inspection, Cody went over all major items needing attention in a concise, calm manner. He even followed up the next day to make sure myself and my husband didn't have any questions. The inspection report I was sent was detailed and easy to navigate. It included pictures and videos of problem areas, as well as suggestions for addressing those problems. Would recommend Redbud to future home buyers!

He was very thorough with the inspection, explained what he was doing when asked, and went over any concerns with us after the inspection was complete. We really like the inspection info that was provided; there are no major issues with the home, just a few maintenance things to do once we close and if we can't do it or don't know who can, they have a button you can click to get suggestions. Adam was very thorough in his inspection of my potential investment property. His descriptions were clear and concise making easy for a lay person to well understand any issues the property has. He followed up asking if I had any additional questions as well! The inspection also took place quickly and report came to me in a very timely manner. I will use this company again.
