Kevin from Redcoat Inspections was fantastic! He was very professional, thorough and helpful to us by explaining things in detail, which was great since we are first time homeowners. He even went as far as giving us a book that outlined standard home maintenance and things to look for. Kevin consistently kept us up to date on when things would be completed, such as the radon and mold results. The report from his inspection was extremely detailed with pictures and comments. This helped us immensely on what we needed to negotiate on with the seller. All in all, we highly recommended Redcoat Inspections. We don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience. Also, the price for the inspection was VERY reasonable!

Had an awesome experience with Kevin. We asked him to do a radon test to make sure the family and pups were safe. He was very professional, detail oriented and explained the whole process (I had no clue). Results came in quickly and we can now sleep sound at night knowing we’re not in the danger zone. I would recommend Redcoat to anyone who wants a better nights sleep! I’ll be asking Kevin to check our radon levels every couple of years as per federal recommendations.

Kevin was the absolute best choice that I could have made for a home inspector. He was able to relay his observations and insights excellently, and I could tell his goal was to make me as educated about the property of interest as possible. His pool of knowledge and communication skills(before, during, and after inspection) places him head and shoulders above his competition. Kevin claims drone surveying and thermal imaging in his toolkit to help provide the most complete picture available for his clients. Thanks to Kevin, I feel that I know the home as well, if not better, than the previous owners.
