Jose Ramos arrived on the appointed time with a big smile and greeting ! He got right to work and completed his job with professionalism . We had the backflow device all wrapped with a insulated cover and he put it all back in place so we feel our system is protected for the winter. Jose Ramos was the tech that winterized my irrigation system. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I thought he did a great job and worked with me to meet my needs!

Needed to find a sprinkler company to come and assist with a pipe break and also just help with general knowledge since I am new to a sprinkler system. Dean was both friendly and helpful and willing to teach both my husband and I on our new system. He was knowledgeable and was able to fix our issues. Considering it was a pipe break I was worried about cost and also the other issues that we are having, but it ended up being pretty affordable to fix. Dean was also a pleasure to talk to in general. It was my first experience with Reddi and I will be using them again in the future.

Clyde was the sprinkler tech sent to our home. He was super nice and professional. He determined our pump issue was electrical and not mechanical therefore we had to have an electrician come out. Even though he could not repair himself, I appreciated his thoroughness in determining the issue. Would definitely recommend him to anyone having sprinkler problems!

Dean Nestor did a superb job showing up on time and answering all my questions. Dean has completed my winterization since 2019 and continues to do a great job
