I have had a lot of roofing companies knock on my door offering help replacing my roof that had wind damage. However, they all told me they weren’t sure if insurance would cover it. Zach came to my door and was very personable and confident that we could file an insurance claim. He did all the work with my insurance company and made the process extremely easy. The hardest part of the entire process was deciding what color we wanted, which Zach helped with as well. Our new roof looks amazing and we are so happy we chose to go with Redemption Roofing.

After filing a claim for my damaged roof the insurance company denied me and was unwilling to pay any money. Eliane and Zach fought the insurance company, sending them photos and documentation to prove my roof needed completely replaced. We've been in our home in for 18 years now. We just got a brand new roof 100% paid for by our insurance company. The owner of this company faught our insurance company for us for 6 months to get this done. They had our roof completely finished in 7 hours. I highly recommend Zach and his company Redeemer Roofing. He's the best!

Very disappointed in Zach and his wife. They went around neighborhoods after hurricane Helene last September to solicit business. After telling my elderly parents they needed the whole roof replaced, and most likely it wasn't approved by Allstate, they stopped communicating and disappeared. They could've had the decency to at least let them know. I also had another neighbor say he never heard back from them after giving an estimate for things he could repair at his place as well.
