We hired Derek from Redemption Contracting to restore our gutters and downspout systems to proper working order after having our roof repaired recently. Our house is over 100 years old and 3 stories. Derek was very conscientious and communicative, which we appreciated as many contractors seem to leave you hanging, don't show up, don't call back, etc. Derek was very experienced and helpful with giving advice all of the systems and how they needed to work and explain them to us in very simple terms that we could understand. He's very hard-working and gets the job done, and goes the extra mile to make sure it's done perfectly.
