Never saw an incompetent, terrible flooring installation in my life, and I own over 10 houses. The team there installed flooring without removing existing baseboard and now there is a visible gap between the shoemolding and what they installed. The floor is less than 2 months old and is already splitting. When I called them about the gap, they said " we don't do baseboard"!!! Why are you in the flooring business then? They said they'll get back to me. Been a week, didn't hear anything. STAY AWAY.
I’ve worked with Chris and Redi Carpet for over a year now and after being in property management 10 plus years I will say they have been the most professional, flexible and satisfying flooring company I’ve ever worked with. Shout out to those guys for all their hard work!
