Redi Carpet

I'm a project manager for a property management company doing a renovation project. Redi-Carpet has consistently been my most trusted and reliable supplier. Their sub-contractors do quality work, and when they don't, Redi-Carpet is quick to fix it. My account managers, Charlie and Melanie are absolute godsends and a breath of fresh air in an era where sub-par customer service is common. Even when my demands exceed anything considered reasonable, they are always quick to provide solutions and execute. Redi-Carpet has saved this project tens of thousands of dollars in pricing and has continued to exceed expectations. I cannot recommend them enough!

Charlie with Redi is and always will be my go-to flooring gal! She's done amazing work for me before and when I refer her to my contacts and customers I know they will be treated right!

I dont think its possible to leave less than 1 star here. They delivered a cheaper product than the rep showed me, she would not let me try to scratch the sample, now i know why....the product could be cut down the middle with a key. The supervisor would not talk to me about the cheaper product delivered and the salesperson got in an argument with me over the phone...."the BROWN sample you picked looks different than the GREY (cheaper) product we delivered...thats because of the internet." (the installer laughed when she overheard that one on the phone) The installer wouldnt say a word to me, then she said "i bet you own a big house....you look like ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE"- wow, talk about friendly customer service.?!$^* They are more expensive than Lowes, and thats not taking into considera

The customer service is awesome! The crew that installed the first couple of flooring for us had a couple of hiccups but after talking to my Rep Michele Kimpson, we haven't had any additional issues.

Always nice and one time. JR and Sam are the best. My plank vinyl and sheet vinyl is always perfect
