The kind of customer service that no longer exists! Evon in the office had amazing customer service. She is knowledgeable and prompt with her call backs. There were no surprises to the prices and the payment system was easy! Ted the technician did an incredible job! My carpets and grout look brand new. He was excited to explain to me what he did and how to clean any future stains. This team is amazing. I highly recommend and will be using in the future. They also honored our military discount request which was not expected but very appreciated! I included some photos of my grout before and then after! What a difference

I honestly have not met a professional contractor with more integrity than what I saw from Jose. I won’t go into particulars, but he truly cares about doing the right thing, even though in my particular case, the insurance company was paying him to provide a third-party assessment only. He was not going to get any business from me because the work had already been performed. If I have a construction job to do in the future, big or small, I am definitely calling Jose and Redi Construction because I have no doubt regarding their honesty and integrity. Blake did a great job, communicated extremely well about the whole process and locked up the house when he was finished. I felt like I was in very trustworthy hands. One closet stayed damp a little longer than the rest, but I’m sure that was a ventilation issue, not a reflection of his work.
