Reding Inc. Heating and Cooling

We couldn't be happier with our experience. Our 30 year old Lennox Pulse furnace stopped working. Scott came to diagnose and sadly the mother board was shot, and no longer are replacement parts available. He arranged for Ben to meet with us later that day to discuss options. We decided to go with the Navien system. The entire team rallied to organize the installation 2 days later, and with WNY winters we were very appreciative of their sense of urgency. The team arrived early, had to bring all equipment across our bridge and up the icy hill using a sled. They were courteous, patient with our 2 inquisitive dogs, and extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything to us. I recently had a wonderful experience with Reding! When my heat went out, they were quick to respond and had me up and running in just a couple days. The only reason it took that long was that we had to wait for a part to arrive, but their communication and service throughout the process was fantastic! I highly recommend Reding to anyone in their service area. I’ve got no complaints about the work they completed for me. As a very satisfied customer, I will definitely continue to have my furnace checked annually by Reding!

Our old furnace, 27 years old, decided to stop working during our recent cold snap. I did what I could do to fix it, but unfortunately, the heat exchanger failed. I called Reding Inc as they are local and had good reviews. Brian came out a few hours after calling and had quotes for 3 different systems. He wasn't pushy at all and explained the cost and benefits of each system. I decided to go with the American Standard furnace. Luckily, they had an opening to install it the next day. The techs arrived, on time at 8:30am to begin the process. They were extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of pride in their work.
